Hi, I'm Frankie
I’m a yoga and mindfulness teacher offering classes, workshops, courses, and retreats across Europe and Latin America - helping people cultivate wellbeing, balance, and a deeper sense of ease.
After spending a year as the yoga teacher-in-residence at the digital nomad hotel chain Selina in Tulum, I’ve continued teaching at studios and hotels including Holistika, Ahau, and the retreat center Casa Maya Kaan. I’ve also previously taught at festivals, hotels, and studios across Europe.
I believe yoga is enriched when we bring mindfulness into it, and mindfulness is deepened when we ground it in the body.

First, the sequence is guided. Then its handed off to the students - and that’s where the magic happens. Watch the lovely yogis flow through poses at their own pace and rhythm, getting creative with the sequence, adding in or taking out movements based on what their bodies need in the moment.
Mindfulness & Meditation
I teach mindfulness to individuals and groups through courses and workshops, supporting others to cultivate wellbeing and discover greater balance, ease, and peace of mind. Certified by the Mindfulness Training Institute, my teaching draws on over a decade of practice in vipassana, zen, and non-dual traditions.
I’m particularly drawn to effortless mindfulness and the non-dual view that the peace we seek is already within us. My sessions weave vipassana, mindfulness, and natural awareness into an accessible, grounded practice.
Passionate about the transformative power of consistent practice, I continue to deepen my own path through regular silent retreats and study.

Breathwork & Meditation classes
Having trained in pranayama breathwork through my yoga studies, I became fascinated by the many ways the breath can shift our state of being. Through my own exploration of practices like the Wim Hof Method, Holotropic breathwork, and traditional pranayama, I’ve created an introductory breathwork class paired with meditation — a grounded, beginner-friendly space to explore the power of breath.
